0 star rating for this awesomely located pathetic place. We checked in this property for 2nights due to it's location and unavailability of rooms elsewhere in other good hotels around during rath yatra. The first day there was no power from 7AM, inverter worked for first few hours to give basic light fan facility. Around 12pm there was no more water in any of the washrooms as there was no generator facility for pump. We were asked to use outdoor washrooms of another nearby property which by the way all had generator facility. Frustrated to the core by 2pm, I called the owner and his reaction was "Ohh apnader problem hoche jantam i na and he agreed to refund the advance half payment done and we agreed to leave". Soon after he stopped receiving calls and from the caretaker Dipak I was informed he would not refund anything. The owner is a fraud and he is running a scam business. Do not ever come to this place, you will be harassed to say the least. The caretaker and cook is good, they tried their best to help us in their own way but owner is disgusting and fraud to say the least. A BIG NOOOOOOOOO AND COMPLETELY IGNORE THIS SCAMMER.

Below average rooms for the price 10000 per night Pros:- 1) 3 floor building completely for yourself 2) just opposite to the beach 3)all rooms are temperature controlled Cones :- 1) rooms are very small 2) stained bedsheets 3) unhygienic 4) food was bad

It is one of the best homestays I have come across. The room provides the best view of the beach. I had a great time with my family. Thank you!
